MEET MATTHEW

I am a Product Manager for SW2. We provide a powerful platform for conducting inspections and managing environmental compliance. I have been working as a product manager for the past 3 years. Our solutions help organizations streamline regulatory processes, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and data-driven insights.

I started my career in environmental consulting, where over 10 years, I gained firsthand experience with regulatory compliance and field operations. This foundation led me to pursue a career in product management, where I now leverage my industry expertise to develop innovative software solutions for inspections and environmental compliance.

Passions + Hobbies 

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my son, watching him grow and explore the world. Live music is a big passion of mine! I also love spending time with friends and family. Snowboarding and hiking fuel my love for nature and adventure, while cooking allows me to get creative as well as eat good food!

Fun Fact: Before making Maine my home, I spent 10 years living in Colorado.

Why do you use Union + Co?

I joined Union + Co because I needed a dedicated workspace outside of home, where I was sharing an office. Having a separate space helps me stay focused, as I found myself getting distracted too easily, and it also helps me maintain a better work-life balance
