MEET J

I am the Senior Project Manager in Power Engineering- high voltage and medium voltage electrical infrastructure, e.g., substations, transmission lines, underground and overhead collection systems, for utilities, independent power producers, industrial, and mission critical clients. I have 15 years in engineering and construction.

In high school I got a job as a laborer for a bridge project in Portland. I have somewhat of a lineage in engineering and construction so it was a fairly natural path for me.

Passions + Hobbies

Golfing, traveling exercising, hunting, fishing, learning, spending time with friends and family.

Fun Fact about You: Union + Co's longest (maybe first?) member. Sean didn't want me with my dual monitors and introverted tendencies (at first). He always wanted artists lounging around with mac books. I just laughed in my head and told him to do private offices. I think I was right (at least partly)!

Why do you use Union + Co?

It's nice to keep a separation between home and work. I used to commute hours a day for work and never got much value out of it. Union + Co has all the upsides of working in an office without any of the downsides.
