MEET EVAN

I'm a commercial insurance broker for Clark Insurance/MMA providing all commercial lines coverages including departments for Employee Benefits, Personal Insurance and Life/Health Insurance products. I've been in the insurance world for 18 years and specialize in non-profits and social service groups as well as life science, marine and manufacturing companies.

How did you get started?

I never expected to be in the insurance industry but once I had my first position in the field, I began to love working with organizations that needed a hand in understanding the complicated and confusing world of risk management. I'm most content when I'm working as a partner with a client to make sure their assets and missions are protected.

Passions + Hobbies

I love to hike, run and play board games. I can't help but get caught up in a good fantasy novel either!

Fun Fact about You: I bicycled up the west coast of Ireland in my late teens.

Why do you use Union + Co?

Union + Co has proven to be a perfect fit. Our home office is in Portland but I live in the Mid Coast so I've been able to reduce my driving time and be more productive at my desk. I always look forward to coming in to U+C. There's so much to do in Bath these days and I can't think of a better home base.
