MEET DOMINIC

I am the Founder of Apex Group which owns and manages custom label beverage production for the Caribbean hospitality industry including wine export & distribution.  We design, manufacture & distribute 100% compostable single use disposables.

How did you get Started?  

Long story, but essentially a bit of luck, knowing some people, and being in the right place at the right time, listening to what companies needed and figuring out a way of providing a better solution than the competition and building from there.

Passions + Hobbies  Work doesn’t really stop so I love to travel at any opportunity, see new things, meet new people. Get out on the water and long road trips.

Fun Fact 

I survived an African jungle plane crash as a kid and walked for 7 days eating leaves!  Couldn’t wait to get home as we were promised hamburgers and other banned junk food.

Why do you use Union + Co?

Being in a productive energetic environment with similar people and of course being out of my wife’s way at home.
