MEET COLIN

I've been working as a Project Manager at Pole Star Maritime since November 2022. We provide materials and expertise for outfitting ship interiors in both commercial and military shipbuilding.

How did you get started?

The company's founder and principal rescued me from a shipyard in Portland, where I was imposing order on chaos, project managing the restoration of a 140' wooden schooner. He asked what I was going to do when the job was done, and the rest is history.

Passions + Hobbies

Sailing, skiing, white-water canoeing, making things with my hands, golf, trap and skeet shooting, removing cats from areas that cats don't belong, competitive nap taking.

Fun Fact about You: On a voyage sailing through the Tongan archipelago in the South Pacific, I was enlisted as a consulting cartographer for NASA and made the first charts of the newest island on the planet. The island has since exploded.
