MEET CHRIS

I’m the Owner of The Acadian, creating heirloom leather and canvas everyday carry goods.

I started making leather goods at Boy Scout camp nearly 30 years ago. About 10 years ago, I started playing with leather again, and friends started asking me to make things for them too. After getting laid off in 2019 from my day job, I went full force into The Acadian. Today, I have my workshop in the lower level of Union + Co. and make heirloom quality leather goods and waxed canvas bags, cases, and more.

Passions + Hobbies

I'm an avid photographer, mountain biker, hiker, and reader. I am also a lifelong movie buff.

Why do you use Union + Co?

The Grant Building has amazing open spaces that work beautifully for business people and artists alike. I love the space I'm in.
